Life Coaching

Michelle is a Certified Life Coach specializing in Health & Wellness.  She has been serving clients since 2012, helping them create a healthy lifestyle that extends beyond rigid dieting and extreme exercise.  Her own story of overcoming depression and ending the rollercoaster of weight loss/gain gives her genuine empathy for her clients and a keen insight to the challlenges they face. 

Yoga

After falling in love with yoga and practcing it for over 7 years, Michelle became a certifiied yoga instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance.  She has been teaching since 2016 and enjoys revealing all of the benefits yoga has to offer to the whole person - body, mind and spirit. 

Workshops

Michelle offers stand-alone workshops on various topics such as Ditch the Diets, Managing Daily Stress, and What Yoga Can Do For You. The workshops are fun, interactive, and everyone leaves with practical ways to apply what they've learned to their every day lives.
