In a desperate search to look better and feel better, I was blessed to have found yoga in 2009. I practiced on my own for several years until I was able to become a certified teacher in 2016. Yoga did help me look better - I was able to shed about 45 pounds. But more importantly, my mental and emotional health perked up as well. I was able to say a final goodbye to chronic depression. I gained hope for the future. My joints feel better, my muscles are toned, and I feel in control of my health. Let me help you experience the many benefits of yoga.
