Class Descriptions


Gentle Flow

A traditional vinyasa flow class, yet modified to avoid getting up and down from the floor.  Many students use a chair for part or all of the class.  This is great for beginners or those with limited mobility.

Early Energizer

This class is designed to help invigorate the body through breath and movement, preparing you for an active day, although gentle enough to not exhaust the body.  Lively music will set a fun mood to enliven the mind and spirit as well.  All levels welcome. **This class currently not offered.**


Beginners Only

This class is sold as a package of 4 introductory classes for beginners only, and is designed to alleviate any anxiety a beginner might have about starting a yoga practice.  Each student will receive lots of instruction on the basics of yoga and enjoy one-on-one attention.  Each package begins on the 1st Monday of each month.  This package is an extraordinary value.


Lunar Flow

A vinyasa flow class that gets the blood pumping, then a lengthened cool-down designed to help you relax and unwind from the day - preparing you for the close of your evening.  Class is held in soft lamp light.  All levels welcome.


Rest, Relax & Renew

This is a 60 minute restorative yoga class that will provide you the opportunity to release tensions from your week and reset your nervous system to prepare for your weekend ahead. A typical class consists of supported poses designed to cultivate relaxation, inner peace, and tranquility within all the systems of the body. All levels welcome and no previous yoga experience necessary.  *Offered every other Friday. Check FB for dates.

Fun Flow

This class is intended to celebrate playfulness and fun in your yoga practice. It incorporates vinyasa flow to music and ends the class with floor poses that enhance resiliency and release held tension. No yoga experience necessary. All levels welcome

The Yogi's Workshop*

This class is a combination of a mini-workshop paired with a moderate practice.  Workshop topics can be on basic pranayama, specific poses, yogic concepts, etc.  Come and give your request for topics.  No yoga experience necessary and all levels are welcome.

*The Yogi's Workshop is $15 for drop-ins.  10-Class Card holders and Monthly Unlimited buyers can still use those for this class.
