The Immersive
Wellness Retreat

Transformation, your way.

Most retreats hand you an itinerary and ask you to fit into it. This one is built the other way around — two and a half days shaped by what you need, with real one-to-one time and real space to be on your own.

In Michelle’s Words

What the two and a half days hold

A walk through the retreat — what it includes, and who it is built for.

What’s Included

A plan you’ll actually use.

Each of these is included in the price. You leave having practiced the things in your plan, not just read about them.

  • Approximately 16 hours of one-to-one coaching

Wellness coaching and modality practice — the substance of the retreat, and the reason it works.

  • Two nights, your own space

A self-contained studio on the property — full kitchen, laundry and private bath.

  • Four meals

Dinner the evening you arrive, lunch and dinner the next day, and lunch before you go. Breakfasts are yours, with a full kitchen to make them in. Tell me about any dietary needs.

  • 90-minute reiki

At least one full session, with tuning forks for chakra balance.

  • 90-minute private yoga

At least one session, pitched to your body and your experience.

  • Journaling prompts

Real time alone to use them, and time together to talk them through.

  • A plan of action

Personalized, plus a resource guide and a swag bag to take home.

Who It’s For

Come alone, or bring one person.

The retreat is built for one person at a time, or for two people who are genuinely close — spouses, a mother and daughter, sisters, best friends.

It is a studio, so the bed and the living space share a room, and there is one Queen. Coming as a pair means being comfortable with that.

Getting Here

Osage City, Kansas.

The teaching studio is at 627 Market Street. Where you stay is a separate property a few minutes out — once you book, I’ll send you exact directions to it.

Kansas City and Wichita have the most flights. Salina’s regional airport is smaller, and easy to get in and out of. Times are for the quickest route — from Wichita that’s the Kansas Turnpike, and staying off the toll road adds about half an hour.

Why This One

A coaching event, not just a getaway.

Rest is part of it, not the point of it. Fifteen years of practice behind the work, and an itinerary I write after I know what you are actually carrying.
